HLT_Ele27_WP80 selection requirements

Here is the list of cuts used for the inclusive single electron trigger. From Dmytro Kovalskyi. 
First a general comment. We have lots of fakes in the endcaps. The
trigger was optimized seperately for barrel and endcap.

L1 seeds: L1_SingleEG20 OR L1_SingleEG22
- super cluster Et > 27
- cluster shape (EB/EE) < 0.01 / 0.03
- relative ecal isolation (EB/EE) < 0.15 / 0.10
- H/E (EB/EE) < 0.1 / 0.05
- relative hcal isolation (HB/HE) < 0.1 / 0.1
- electron tracks are required to have at least 3 pixel hits and
Chi^2/nDoF<1.5 in the endcap region
- |1/E-1/P| < 0.05
- dEta (EB/EE) < 0.007 / 0.007
- dPhi (EB/EE) < 0.06 / 0.03
- relative tracker isolation (EB/EE) < 0.05 / 0.05
